Empowering Care with a Touch of Culture

In my redesign of Careco's brand identity, I aimed to blend innovation with cultural pride. The fresh, vibrant visuals not only reflect Careco's commitment to exceptional care but also celebrate its rich Filipino heritage. This project goes beyond aesthetics; it's a strategic initiative to draw in passionate professionals eager to make a difference. Together, we’re building a community where support and culture thrive.

Blending Aesthetics with Functionality

The design theory behind Careco's new brand identity centers on the principles of clean, progressive aesthetics and purposeful functionality. I utilized a minimalist approach to create a sense of clarity and openness, ensuring that the brand feels approachable and trustworthy. The clean lines and simple forms are designed to communicate professionalism and reliability, essential qualities for a company dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.

Art Direction With Cultural Roots

Photography plays a vital role in Careco’s visual identity, capturing real moments of care and community that resonate deeply. To enrich this narrative, I incorporated Filipino cultural icons such as vibrant fruits like mangoes and pineapples, and flowers like the sampaguita and hibiscus, which celebrate Filipino heritage and add visual interest.

These elements are paired with Filipino colors—vivid yellows, lush greens, deep blues, and warm reds—evoking the energy and positivity of Filipino culture. By blending authentic moments with these culturally significant icons and colors, the photography for Careco’s brand creates a welcoming and relatable visual experience, strengthening the brand’s connection to its roots while appealing to a broader audience.

Beautiful & Intuitive UI

The job opening page for Careco's website is designed with user-friendliness and accessibility in mind. Featuring a clean, intuitive layout, the page allows potential applicants to quickly and easily find open positions. Clear filters and search functionality streamline the job search process, while responsive design ensures a seamless experience across all devices. This user-centric approach helps attract and engage qualified candidates, making it easy for them to explore and apply for opportunities at Careco.
